After you agree to the authorization, you will be able to select the contact information directly through the address book, and After you click the submit button, we will upload your selected contact data containing name and cell phone number to the server (https://nice-credit.net/) using SSL encryption.The uploaded and transmitted name and phone number will be used to manage risks and conduct anti-fraud checks. • to other business entities, should we plan to merge with or be acquired by that business entity in which case personal data held by PTL about its customers may be one of the transferred assets. Should such a combination occur, the business entity will be bound by this Policy and we will endeavour to minimise any changes herein, however, we will notify you if there are any changes to our privacy policy as a result of such acquisition, merger or combination and you will be free to either decline or accept to continue engaging our Services;

• maintain a Data Base of all PTL data collection and processing operations of PTL.
